Participants complete a Leadership Assessment and guided reflection to set the stage for growth.

Two-Day Immersive Workshop

Managers progress through six levels of development, building from self-awareness to legacy leadership:
  • Level 1: Introduction to Leadership – shift from managing tasks to leading people.
  • Level 2: Leading the Self (Emotional Intelligence) – self-awareness, regulation, resilience, presence.
  • Level 3: Supervising People – expectations, feedback, accountability, coaching.
  • Level 4: Managing a Team – trust, collaboration, inclusion, conflict resolution.
  • Level 5: Leading Your Department – strategy, decision-making, change leadership.
  • Level 6: Legacy Leadership (Capstone) – vision, culture, cross-functional influence, long-term impact.

To give you context, similar leadership development programs typically cost $5,000+ per day or $500 per person per day. Our goal is to make this level of training accessible without sacrificing quality.

Please note: organizations are responsible for additional expenses such as facilitator travel, meeting space, meals, and equipment.
